ARC Physique (“ARC,” “we”) is a mobile app for personal physique tracking, registries, and optional AI features. This policy describes what information the app may process and why.
Information we process
- Account & profile — identifiers and profile fields from sign-in (for example name, email, photo URL) and onboarding preferences you provide.
- App content you create — registries, workout programs/sessions, supplements, chat history metadata, and similar records you enter.
- Photos / camera — if you use physique visualization features, images you capture or select may be processed on-device and sent only to the AI provider you configure with your own key.
- Diagnostics — limited analytics or crash signals when enabled in the product build (configured for privacy-preserving collection where applicable).
Why we process it
To authenticate you, sync your data across sessions, provide workouts/registries/chat features, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
- Auth0 — authentication and related session tokens for patient-API reads where configured.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication bridge, Firestore storage of your app data, and optional analytics.
- LLM / image providers you choose (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) — when you paste a provider API key, requests go from your device to that provider. Keys are stored in on-device secure storage and are not uploaded to ARC servers.
Retention
Account and synced records remain while your account exists. You may delete content in-app where the product allows, or contact us to request deletion of account-associated data. Local keys and local image files remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.
Children
ARC is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
